Join Anthony Hendricks of the Public for a Biblical Unity class Sundays at 9:30 AM.
This course is a 10-hour journey through race, injustice, and social action, helping believers see. It attempts to answer: What’s going on? How did we get here? What should be done? And what does God want me to do about race, injustice, and social action.
Using the texts “Divided by Faith”, “White Awake”, “White Fragility”, “Stamped from the Beginning” and “The Color of Compromise” – we will affirm a philosophy of unity based in Scripture while raising awareness of injustice, educating on the true history of America, and calling the next generation to Biblical action by the Spirit.
This class will run for 10 weeks (September 6th – November 8th) and culminates with a field trip (COVID permitting).
We have an in-person class limit of 38 people (to promote social distancing), but will be offering a remote option (online) as well.
The class fee is $50 per person, which covers course materials and the support for Anthony and The Public.
Meet the Instructor:
