Lent is an ancient tradition practiced by many streams of Christianity for forty days between Ash Wednesday and the Easter. It is forty days, excluding Sundays, to mirror the 40 days Jesus spent in the wilderness, fasting, praying, and even being tested by the deceiver.
We invite you into what we believe is a welcome and timely season of preparation, turning, and quiet expectation. This is an experience not just through words, but through the power of art and imagery.
We are proud to offer you Between Light and Darkness, a visual reflection inspired by the profound themes in the Gospel of John. This guide has been thoughtfully curated by the creatives within our own community. Through their lenses, brushes, and designs, they have captured the tension of the "in-between" spaces we all inhabit.
